Nomad Market Dantooine has been Announced for Wednesday October 15th at 7 pm ESTEvent Report for 10/15: The Nomad Market or as it is otherwise known, the Traveling Trader's Fair is an interplanetary mobile market. With no known ties to any one organization or faction, this wandering collective of independent traders is truly neutral and dedicated to pure commerce.
This time the Nomad Market Touched down on the planet of Dantooine. Our good market brought with it a whole slew of magnificence, mischief, almost murder, and music. The market saw a return of several well known "regulars" of these nomad gatherings. Some of these include the Silk N Steel Hair Salon and Tatoo Parlor, Lady Dionne's Lekku Rubs and Oils, Tatooine Fried Chuba, an imitation knockoff of the good lady's wares, Planet Holowood, and even a few ships landed nearby to offload some of that dusty cargo thats been stored away in their hulls for who knows how long.
The Market also brought a bit of spookyness and mischief. IN light of the recent Galactic Moon Festival it seems Jabba's reach has stretched father than anticipated. The Faire was decorated with all sorts of ghoulish looking homemade scarecrows and sith-o-lanterns were placed outside some tents. It is also rumored that some even came in a holo-projected costume. We saw many Hutts and Kowarkians and noone really knows if these were actual people or just more of the Lord Jabba's mischeif.
Fortunately for one particular individual the market was a lifesaver. Literally. Unknown speculations have been voiced that there was apparently almost a near death experience involving two patrons attending the market.
Those who arrived from the big blackness of space were greeted with all of this as well as some interesting display of music. Over at the Planet Holowood tent there were several performances by some of today's hottest galactic Stars. We had musical performances by Candy and Shakir joined by Miss Pelique Deva...or is it Krikey....or however its said. We also were given a special treat by that quarky Rap artist "Son Krillin". He debuted his newest single "The Black Costume" with an interesting show involving several pyrotechnics as well as magnificent holographic display. He announced that this holodisc will be have a small pre-release to those attending this week's Lake Show Lottery so hopefully you havent left the planet of Dantooine yet. We also were blessed with another stellar performance by the ever-so-lovely Shimmerscale Miss Nallu Koras...also of Holowood Galactic Studios. If you have not seen her brilliant performance yet we highly suggest you save up your credits to make it to one of her next shows. Finally we were graced by the fresh and clean moves of a one referred to as Grender. This Bothan transformed his creativity and footwork as his pallette, his body as a brush, and the floor was his canvas.
Until next time this is
The Nomad signing off until the next beacon.
